I was going to write something romantic, but it turned into a piece about an insane asylum and murder.

G is for Green.

I wish I had balloons to pose with every day! They’re so much fun!

Ahem. So when your brother has a dog… this happens:

Note to self: never let the dog outside while taking self-timed pictures.

    Hahaha!

    Your expression is priceless. 😀

That picture is epic and I love it! But… I don’t have any ideas. Which saddens me a bit. 🙁 But maybe I can take a break… Hmmm.

    Darnit. Dash. it. aaaall!!!!

We were driving home today with Taylor Swift playing (of all things) and I was struck with a grand idea for this picture. Don’t be alarmed by the music reference… it has nothing to do with that. 😛 Except that it was playing when I thought of it. *sigh* I thought I was going to take a break!

Haha! You sound like a Jane Austen character.

My picture has trapped you into its web yet again. Muahahaha. I think it’s hilarious that you got inspiration for this particular picture while listening to Taylor Swift.

Also, you’re making me feel guilty because I’m not very productive by the way of actually participating in my WWC posts. I should write something this week.

I tend to sound that way when I’m all worked up. 😉

Heeheehee. Yeees… it was her song “The Story of Us” and shot into my head right at the line, “I’ve never heard silence quite this loud!” in case that matters. My brother plays her new album in the car on loop these days. How my brain turned that into a story involving … well, let’s just say a lot of carnage, I don’t know. But yes! I plan on there being carnage!

Ah, excellent! *guilt* *guilt* 😛 Actually, I was thinking of how nice it would be to not have the only entry in your lovely writing contests. 😉

That is why I like you so much. 😀

Also, because you just had carnage and a Taylor Swift song in the same paragraph. Cracks. Me. Up. 😀

Sigh. Guilt tripping works on me, I’ll have you know. Darn. Now I have to work on the idea I have.

I like that you like me! If this was Facebook, I’d hit the like button a lot. 😛

*snickers* Tonight I was thinking of listening through my new Celtic Thunder CD while writing. See what kind of things THAT inspires. 😀 Yaaay!

Well, in thaaat case… *sniffles and pouts* My one-shots… they are always so aloooone. So alone in a challenge by themselves! 🙁

Haha, so would I! I wish WordPress had a like button for comments. Although I saw someone’s comments have a thumbs up button… I wonder if I can figure out how to activate that?

            Celtic Thunder… I heart… oooh. Yes. I can’t wait to read it!

No! I mean that I have to work on the fuzzy idea I have for this picture because you’re guilt tripping me… and guilt tripping works really well on me. Mostly.

Hey, there is noooo need to apologize! I’m happy if any little detail of my writing can spark an idea! Rings are very worthy objects to base a story around. 🙂 I look forward to reading your entry! 😀 I don’t want to read it quite yet because I’m working on finishing my own for this week and don’t want to be influenced to take it a certain way. 😉

And yay for your story!!!! At last I’m not alone in this challenge!! 😀 😀 😀

Well, as demonstrated by your response, writers do not like to have outside influence in their stories. We like as much as we can to come from our own heads. So . . . I guess what I’m really doing is apologizing to myself. 😀

I am excited to read your story!

        • Bethly

Ah yes! Well, don’t feel too bad, then. Because this last piece was partly sparked by a Taylor Swift song. Which doesn’t make any sense. Sooo… at least the rings connected. ;P

          It’s up! Yay!

          • Avra-Sha Faohla

I’d prefer not to see such a clear connection. It would’ve been better had it not made sense. Because I can’t help feeling like I “stole” something from you, even if it totally wasn’t done consciously, and I only realized afterwards.

I appreciate you trying to console me, but you may as well not bother. I’m still going to feel bad about it. But oh, well . . . what’s done is done, I guess, and it’s not a strong enough connection for me to go completely change the plot or delete the story.
