Shop Update
Click on any picture to be taken to its shop listing.
I have finally, finally cleared out a bunch of dresses that I have been meaning to sell, and mostly without trying them on and thinking “Oh, but maybe I do want this.” I’ve had all these items for who knows how long, sitting there waiting to be styled up and gotten rid of, but for some reason I just haven’t had the motivation to actually post them.
But you had better hurry and grab something if you see anything you like, because I might change my mind. I’ve kept one already.
Although, it did have to pass Mr. Owl’s inspection, which it did with a bang. So y’know. I have to keep it if he likes it. Right?
I think the hardest things to get rid of are the ones that I know are vintage. So far there’s only one– the first dress– but I have one or two others in my closet waiting to be styled. I’m just procrastinating. Because even if I know I’ll never wear them, they’re vintage. And vintage is so cool. I’m fascinated by the possible stories behind vintage clothing.
I think I have discovered a new thing that might become a hobby, because I had loads of fun styling these up and taking pictures and posting them. Seriously, if I could do this for a living I would.
There are two skirts currently listed as “Coming soon” in the shop, and if you’re curious to know why I haven’t just listed to sell them, it’s because I’ve got to make sure they’ve made it through a wash. If they have, they’re all yours.
I’ve priced everything according to how much I’ve worn it/how good of a condition it’s in (nothing is majorly damaged, but a few garments do have very minor flaws, which are listed), but if you see something you love and you think I’ve overpriced it and/or you have an offer to make me based on what you think it’s worth, please don’t be shy! Any garment that’s $15 or over, I’m willing to negotiate with you.
Lastly, I am willing to ship overseas, but shipping is usually upwards of $10, so if you live outside of the US or Canada, I’ll have to check shipping and let you decide whether you want to pay for it or not. 😉
I hope you all have a lovely Tuesday!
