Christmas, according to Instagram
Since I have no internet at my house, this blog might be an instagram-only blog for a while, unless I manage to take my breaking laptop to my parents’ house or his parents’ house… or Starbucks… but hey, instagram pictures are better than none at all, right?
We got our very first Christmas tree, which made me intensely happy, and decorated it solely with ornaments given to me at wedding showers. I love it. And with the branches I snipped off of the bottom of the tree, I made a sad little wreath that, from any other angle, looks very sparse.
But I love it anyway. It’s my Charlie Brown wreath.
We made a Gingerbread House — my very first Gingerbread House– and had entirely too much candy left over:
I made lots and lots of desserts, and found out that my oven runs about 25 degrees too warm:
Mr. Owl gave me an owl iPhone case, which I adore:
My brother gave Mr. Owl some Hobbit Legos, which are awesome:
And for the Christmas Eve Candlelight service, we got fancy:
How was your Christmas? Any fun traditions that you started or continued? Any weird family stories?
Have a wonderful Wednesday!

lovely pictures! Your dress is gorgeous, and your wreath really isn’t as bad as you said 😀

Wow, look at you two! Your dress is amazing! (And is it weird that I look at those Hobbit Legos and immediately go “I need those”?)

Love the dress as well. Happy New Year!

Marry Christmas and a happy New year! 😀
I love those desserts! 😀 Ok, I love all deserts, but who doesn’t? (Or, in the words of one of my favorite characters: “What kind of monster doesn’t like chocolate?” But I digress.)
You two are such a beautiful couple. 🙂 Kristina, I swear, you are getting more beautiful with each new photo! Ah, happiness.
I’ll be spending Christmas with my grandmother, my parents and my brother, at grandma’s house. Can’t wait for the 7th January! 😀

Loved all your decorations and you both looked very swanky for your candlelight service! Is that a felt owl I can spot on your tree? =P xx.

The Hobbit Lego’s are super awesome and I can’t believe how awesome all your desserts look. Now that’s a christmas I’d want to be a part of! And you and your Owl look like perection, as always. Love Mr. Owl’s jacket!
