Firmoo, Part One: Graphic Prints and Cute Glasses
I tend not to wear my glasses in my blog posts, because I’ve been wanting to update them for a while, and they’ve never quite felt “me”. So, of course, I hoped to update them, and at the perfect time Firmoo contacted me with the offer to send me two frames for review, of my choice no less! It was super quick from the time I chose the frames to the time they arrived at my house; I think all in all it was a week. Or less.
Since I got two frames, I figured maybe I’d do two outfit posts. So tomorrow you’ll see my favorites, but this is the first pair: the frames are a bit larger than I expected, and I’m still not sure what I think of them, but they ARE cute, and I’m sure I’ll wear them when I’m feeling extra nerdy.
For those of you who haven’t heard of Firmoo before (and neither had I!), they are a great company who offer glasses and sunglasses in SO many fabulous different frames– and you can order prescription, too! I was especially excited to be able to get both pairs of frames with my prescription included!
I mean, I’m not a girl who wears glasses for fashion purposes. I need these suckers for pretty much everything that is further away than a foot.
It’s sad.
They also offer the first pair free to new customers! How cool is that? Thanks to Firmoo, I am getting way more enthused about incorporating glasses into my blog life as well as real life. Not that I exclude glasses from my everyday life, but now that I’ve got two more “me” frames, I’ll be wearing them on the blog more often!
Overall, I do like the frames the more I look at them. They’re very different from what I originally chose for my first pair of updated frames, but they’re super fun, and I love the subtle coloring of the frames. Plus, the prescription is spot-on. Which is great!

And dare I say it? I feel pretty hot in these glasses. That’s not a small feat! I know plenty of women who feel totally confident and sexy in glasses, but I am not usually one of them. But these ones are so much fun, and much more my style than my other pair. I think I’m in love!

Ha, the frames on my glasses are even larger and thicker, and way nerdier. You do look super cute in yours though. And I love the print on your skirt!
