I cooked Moroccan food today. Chicken Soup with Couscous. It was amazing. Grated tomatoes (ha!), fresh mint, (!!! from our back yard!), a cinnamon stick, parsley, cilantro, paprika, chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper. FRESH MINT!!! I looove it. The spices again.
