Sponsor Spotlight: Mess of a Dreamer Design
Today I would love to introduce Mess of a Dreamer Design as one of my new sponsors. If the name sounds familiar, it’s because she kindly made and sent me these owl earrings, which are now some of my new favorites! I highly covet the lighthouse necklace, which you see above (or here), and those wolf earrings might be calling my name. I can’t wait to see what lovely things she comes up with next.
As an added bonus, she and I share a name, which means you know she’s going to be awesome.
So what are you waiting for? Head over and check out Mess of a Dreamer Design. Drool over the pretty things. Maybe buy one or two.
And have a happy Wednesday!

Oh, hey, you want to be a sponsor? Check out this page for more info, or email me at: marabird@eccentricowl.com.
P.S. I’m working with (and still tweaking) a new site design. What do you all think? I haven’t ironed out the kinks, but it’s getting there, slowly.

I feel like there’s slightly too much white space around the “Follow” and “Sponsors” banners. Also, there’s a lot of empty space on the sides and everything seems kind of crowded in the middle. Is that just my computer or is yours like that too?
By the way, during your tweaks the Pinterest follow button somehow ended up in its own line. (It doesn’t look like coffee anymore . . . .)

That’s one of the things I can’t quite figure out; the theme I’m using puts a lot of extra padding (aka “white space”) around its pictures, and I can’t figure out a way to get it not to do that. It’s annoying. The follow buttons are cropped as close to the black as I can get them, and yet when I upload them they get padding and end up really far apart.
So, you know. Still tweaking. I’m also trying to find a way to widen the content in the middle and lessen the space around the outside.

I love the new layout stuff! So pretty.
Now I wish I had more money so I could buy ALL of the jewelry in her Etsy shop!

I know, I wish I had more money to buy things from her shop, too! So pretty.
